Chris Sinclair is an experienced insolvency and restructuring practitioner, focusing primarily in a corporate setting. Over the years, Chris has successfully implemented many restructuring solutions, including helping to maximize asset values and operating results for a wide range of business owners and stakeholders. Chris also has experience working with consumer debtors to help solve their financial difficulties.
Chris believes a practical approach is required to solve serious financial difficulties and takes pride in being able to offer solutions to debtors, to help create a bright financial future.
Prior to joining Smythe Insolvency, Chris practiced at a boutique insolvency firm in Vancouver. Previously, Chris spent over three years in the audit and assurance group at PwC.
Chris is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT). He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP).
Chris and his family live on the North Shore and in his spare time, when he is away from the office, Chris is an avid golfer and also plays recreational hockey.
