Our Response to COVID-19

March 16, 2020

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to impact all of us, we remain open for business and committed to serving our clients. Our main priority remains the health and safety of our people and their families, our clients and our greater community and in order to do so, we have implemented temporary policies and procedures to minimize the risk and spread of COVID-19.

While all our offices remain open, we have made some changes to our operations. Our technology allows us to work remotely and all staff have been encouraged to work remotely effective immediately. Further, we have implemented the following policies until further notice to support the recommended “social distancing”:

  • All in office meetings will now be done by phone or video conferencing, this includes first and second counselling sessions. If you currently have a counselling session booked and have yet to hear from a member of our team, please give us a call at 888-723-4992
  • Any information being provided to us should either be scanned and emailed, mailed or sent by courier. We are requesting that clients do not come to our office to drop off information
  • If you have any questions about your file, please refrain from coming in to our office. Please give us a call at 888-723-4992 and we will be happy to address your questions over the phone.

It is important that, as members of our greater community, we do our part to limit the spread of this pandemic during this unprecedented time. We are confident that our IT Infrastructure and firm policies will allow our employees to work seamlessly with minimal, if any, business disruption. With that being said, we want to thank you in advance for adhering to our policies and your understanding and patience as we all work through this situation.

On behalf of all our partners and staff, we also wish to send our thoughts to all of the people and their families that have been directly impacted by this and express our gratitude to the healthcare workers working so hard under these difficult circumstances.

Stay safe,
