Peter Temple

Peter joined Smythe Insolvency in 2021 as a Debt Advisor at Smythe but has been helping people become debt free since 2009. Throughout his career as a debt professional, Peter has supported more than 1,000 families and small businesses through the debt relief process. He is passionate about helping people out of financial strife and ensuring that they are set on a path to full financial recovery as quickly as possible.

While working in his previous career as a chartered civil engineer, Peter developed excellent problem solving and analytical skills which serve him well as a debt advisor, allowing him to find the best financial solutions for his clients.

Peter is very aware of the stress of being in debt and the impact it can have on health and family, and this drives him to be proactive, supportive, and always available when dealing with his clients.

Peter and his family live on the North Shore and in his spare time he loves to hike, ski, and run the forest trails.
